New Storybooks for Level A

A set of 10 decodable storybooks for Levels A1 and A2 will be available June 2010.  These delightfully illustrated storybooks are carefully aligned with the Level A materials so that students are reading only letter/sounds that have been explicitly presented to them. 

A draft copy of the first storybook, Did the Cat Sit, is available for a free preview.  This storybook can be used after students have completed Unit 4.  Click on the title in the table below to download it.

There are two simple ways to assemble the storybook from the downloaded file.

Assembly method 1:  Print out the document either single-sided or double-sided.  Cut out each storybook page carefully and staple the pages together on the left edge.

Assembly method 2: Print out he document double-sided.  Fold each page in half and nest appropriately using the page numbers at the bottom of each page.
